Abstract :

Today's dentistry allows the clinician to use novel technological digital tools like intraoral scanners, 3D printing, and inmediate manufacturing process to assist in the treatment of difficult patients. This presentation aims to review the scientific litarture presenting the use of digital tools for treating the anterior zone rehabilitation. Also, some clinical cases will be presented to demonstrate how these tools could reduce the chair time  and assist in the diagnosis, treatment planning, treatment execution and controls of difficult patients.

  • To develop skills in the management of complicated patients in anterior segment rehabilitation.
  • To reinforce concepts and techniques of the use of digital flow in oral rehabilitation.
  • To describe the main characteristics and properties of metal-free restorative materials for use in anterior segment rehabilitation.
