Abstract :

Nowadays, achieving mere implant survival is not sufficient.  It must also demonstrate long term predictability and guaranteed aesthetic for optimal results. The technological advances of CBCT and intra-oral scanners, allow precise merging of these data. This has brought implant surgery to an entirely different level, providing us the improved accuracy as well as simplifying the process to help reduce working time. But why do some dentists still resist it? What are the scenarios that benefit most from it?
